Getting the words out, it is hard but has its rewards. Like sore muscles after a good workout session, they make you feel alive and present in the very moment.
I guess what I should have said was that the hard work lies in making the mundanity seem exciting, remind people that the best day can simply be working on your mailbox. And definitely! I'm always pleased when the words are out. Alive and present is a good way to describe it. :-)
